Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless payment at pickup has been arranged in advance. Once an order has entered processing, changes can no longer be made. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Sweet Honey Sweaters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or for orders affected by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier, but we’re happy to assist with tracking when needed.

3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos for review.
